This Privacy Statement describes to how we gather information on our website ("Website") and/or via electronic sign-up forms, how we manage and safeguard this information, to whom we distribute this information and under what circumstance such information is distributed. Certain pages on this Website will ask you for personal information. Such information may include your name, your employer's company name, your email address and other personal identifying information. Such requests are normally made in connection with such activities as registering for software demos, requesting white papers and entering contests. By entering this information you agree that ioMosaic may use it to send you information regarding its services or products and you are agreeing to share the information with ioMosaic subsidiary companies. 2.5 Release of information
As referenced in 8.5, if information is needed from an in person training, learner can reach out to IACET Coordinator, Instructor or sales@ioMosaic.com to request a copy of certificate or proof of training at any time. Online learners have the ability to share records from their dashboard.
3. Consequences of Non-Compliance
Any violation of this policy shall be immediately reported to IACET Champion and senior management. Failure to adhere to this policy has a negative impact on the company’s functions and may result in disciplinary action toward the offending individual. The exact action taken depends upon the circumstances surrounding the failure and the severity of the failure and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
