This policy is to ensure the privacy and information security of learners' information when using or purchasing our software, products, training, accessing online platform or websites.

ioMosaic, LLC ("ioMosaic") respects your privacy and is committed to securing and protecting your personal information. This Privacy Statement describes to how we gather information on our website ("Website") and/or via electronic sign-up forms, how we manage and safeguard this information, to whom we distribute this information and under what circumstance such information is distributed. Please note that this Privacy Statement may be updated periodically by ioMosaic without notice.

2.1 Collection of Personal Information
Certain pages on this Website will ask you for personal information. Such information may include your name, your employer's company name, your email address and other personal identifying information. Such requests are normally made in connection with such activities as registering for software demos, requesting white papers and entering contests. By entering this information you agree that ioMosaic may use it to send you information regarding its services or products and you are agreeing to share the information with ioMosaic subsidiary companies. While all information is voluntary, some information is mandatory in order for you to access another area of the Website. If you do not wish to disclose your personal information, you may not be able to access such restricted areas.

2.2 Information Sharing
ioMosaic does not sell personal information gathered on the Website to third parties. However, we may distribute such information to our partners and bonding houses in order to better serve your needs. Such information collaboration may help with our marketing activities, such as direct mailers, online notifications and distribution of promotional offers. If you order a product that is to be electronically downloaded, the information gathered is used to register your license rights. Your personal information will also help ioMosaic provide technical software support and to allow us to notify you of upgrade discounts or other benefits that may be made available to registered users.

ioMosaic uses "cookies". A cookie is a small amount of data that is transmitted to your browser by a web server and can only be read by the server that transmitted it to your workstation. The cookie does not identify you personally and you can remain anonymous unless you have otherwise provided ioMosaic with any personal information. The cookies we use normally expire after two (2) months. Cookies are used primarily to enhance your use of the Website. If you do not wish to receive any cookies, you can set your browser to not accept cookies or to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you a chance to decide whether or not to accept it.

2.4 Security
The security of your personal information and our clients’ information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as login credentials) we use a multi-factor authentication to protect users from unknown person trying to access their data. Although no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, ioMosaic will use industry best practices to ensure the security of all client account information and/or personal information you send via electronic mail through the web site. ioMosaic, however, cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you transmit. 2.5 Release of information
As referenced in 8.5, if information is needed from an in person training, learner can reach out to IACET Coordinator, Instructor or sales@ioMosaic.com to request a copy of certificate or proof of training at any time. Online learners have the ability to share records from their dashboard.

3. Consequences of Non-Compliance
Any violation of this policy shall be immediately reported to IACET Champion and senior management. Failure to adhere to this policy has a negative impact on the company’s functions and may result in disciplinary action toward the offending individual. The exact action taken depends upon the circumstances surrounding the failure and the severity of the failure and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
